Aima Big Sur – The All-Terrain Fat-Tire Giant

The Big Sur is built for stability and comfort over long distances. Its massive 26-inch fat tires and powerful Bafang motor make it feel more like a light electric motorcycle than a traditional bicycle.

Robust Bafang Powertrain: Equipped with a 750W rated (1200W peak) Bafang hub motor that delivers a punchy 85 Nm of torque, allowing it to maintain speed even when carrying a full 400 lbs payload.

Dual-Sensor Customization: A unique feature in its class, the Big Sur 2.0 allows riders to switch between Torque and Cadence sensing via the app, tailoring the ride to be either natural and responsive or effortless and “peppy”.

Safety-First Braking: Features oversized 203mm hydraulic disc brakes (Tektro), which are significantly larger than the 160mm/180mm industry standard, providing some of the best stopping distances in the e-bike world.

High-End Battery Tech: Uses LG 21700 lithium-ion cells, known for their longevity and safety. The 2026 “2.0” and “Tank” versions have been upgraded to a 20Ah (960Wh) capacity for extended exploration.Comfort-Focused Ergonomics: Includes a custom “AIMA Comfort XL” saddle and ergonomic grips, paired with an 80mm travel suspension fork to soak up road vibrations.

Smart Integration: The sharp color TFT display pairs with the Bafang Go app, offering turn-by-turn navigation, call/text notifications, and even a “FindMy” style tracking function.
